KARACHI: Leading citizen Mr. Yahya Polani, Chairman Polani Group hosted an exuberant farewell dinner in the honor of Mr. Fatih Actacan TEMEL, Ex. General Manager Turkish airlines-Pakistan.

The consular corp and a large cross section of the city’s elite, including industrialists, businessmen, politicians, seniors of Airlines, aviation, travel and professionals had responded to his invitation, making the event an exceptionally impressive evening.
Addressing the high profile gathering Mr. Fatih said that Turkey’s growing ties with Pakistan has resulted in burgeoning economic cooperation between the two countries, especially in travel and tourism.
Managing Director Polani Travel, Mr. Tariq Polani & COO Mr. Kumail Polani also graced the event with their presence.
Speaking effusively of Mr. Polani, Fatih said that he always had overwhelming support and cooperation from the former.
Whilst speaking on the occasion, Mr. Yahya Polani said that the Turkish Airline earns great revenue from Karachi, as a very large number of tourists travel to Turkey from the city each year. He urged the Turkish government to include Pakistan among the countries that have been granted the facility of ‘Visa on-arrival’ by the Turkish government.
