Curry In Many Forms | PC Karachi Hosts 5 Day Fest

KARACHI: From the 7th to the 11th of March 2018 Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi hosted a Curry food festival at their renowned Chandni Restaurant.

The main concept of this festival was to promote traditional flavors, which are fading with the fast-food culture.

Curry is an umbrella term referring to a number of dishes originating in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent. The common feature is the use of complex combinations of spices or herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chilies becoming known as a “spice blend used for making Curry dishes”.

The Curry Festival provided the perfect opportunity for food and especially curry lovers to enjoy some of the finest and authentic food with classic flavor and a plethora of traditional dishes like Nargasi Kofta, Beef Curry, Chicken Mughlai Curry, Mutton Mudrasi Curry and much more which are made under extreme hygienic conditions by certified and renowned chefs.

The scenic backdrop and the setup of the restaurant provided the perfect aura to savour these traditional flavors.

Mr. Tariq Saud Hon’ Consul General of Romania, Chairman Aptma along with Chef Gulzar and Aslam Khan Hotel Manager Grace the occasion along with many other important members of the industry.
