DUBAI: Ghaya Grand Hotel in Dubai has won multiple awards at the prestigious Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards, for Hospitality professionals in GCC and North Africa.
Martin Hanspach, Resident Manager; Hany Radwan, human resources director and Mariya, Director Sales – Leisure and Sreedevi Shyam, Assistant Marketing Manager, attended the awards night at a glittering ceremony held in Dubai on November 26.
The top award received, the ‘Hotel of the Year’ (Hotel Apartments) title, is testament to the popularity of Ghaya Grand Hotel, with both local and international guests. Having ranked on the top 25 hotels on Trip Advisor, out of 649 hotels in Dubai, this new accolade recognises how Ghaya Grand Hotel has experienced outstanding growth and acknowledges the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The ‘Hotel Team of the Year’ award was also presented to the Ghaya Grand Hotel, for which Olwin Desouza, General Manager of the hotel, said: ‘This award is recognition of the hotel’s continued endeavour to improve products and services.
