POHTM Summer Rays Of Cooking

KARACHI: Cooking is just like a painting. You have to choose a combination of color in painting but in cooking there are so many flavors, it depend on us that how we combine them. NAVTTC students of Professional Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management (POHTM) made Chinese cuisine menu of Vegetable Egg Chowmien. POHTM Culinary Chef involves the students in different vegetable cutting techniques and basic preparation of food before cooking. Students learn special key points for preparing a delicious Vegetable Egg Chowmien. They savor the aroma and taste of mouthwatering dish.
