Effective immediately, Audrey Hendley has been named President of American Express Travel and Lifestyle Services, one of the largest multi-channel global consumer travel agencies in the world. In her new role, Audrey is responsible for delivering premium travel and lifestyle (dining, entertainment) services to Card Members through a network of over 5,000 travel consultants, overseeing the digital travel booking experience, travel benefits and programs, supplier partnerships, and marketing and engagement strategies for the premium Card Member base.
This appointment marks a return to American Express Travel for Audrey, who earlier in her career served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, delivering extraordinary revenue gains by revitalizing the growth of the brand’s travel products and services.
Over the past two decades at American Express, Audrey has distinguished herself as an influential, innovative leader who has driven record results for multiple businesses across the company. Most recently, Audrey led the Global Commercial Payments and Consulting Services organization, bringing break-through products, features and services to businesses of all sizes around the world.
