KARACHI: From the 17th to 21st of January, 2018 Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi hosted a Barbecue Food Festival. The festival was held at Chandni restaurant which is known around the nation for serving succulent traditional and authentic Pakistani dishes,instrumental music and a backdrop of the breath taking roof-top city view providing their customers with an impeccable ambiance.
The evening started off with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, by Ms. Asma Ahmad – Chief Editor Holiday Weekly. The senior management officials of PC Hotel including Aslam Khan – Hotel Manager and Laila Farah Naz – PR Manager were also present.
During the festival an extensive range ofethereal barbecue themed dishes were offered to the guests which were prepared using a vast and exquisite variety of the finest spices by the most experienced and certified chefs in the country. The extensive buffet included Grilled Quail Skewer, Chicken TikkaBoti, Chicken MalaiBoti, Seekh Kebab, BehariBoti, RashmiKebab, Chicken HaryaliBoti, Fish Kebab and many more.
The festival was an ideal opportunity for barbecue food lovers in the city to indulge in authentic and delicious food along with an excellent service and ambiance resulting in a memorable dining experience.
